We offer our Leadership Garden empowerment services the good old-fashioned way; face-to-face exchange of human energy.

Empower means to endow with an ability. Leadership is an act of guidance or direction. We connect the two to form the "natural leadership development" framework that will unearth the potential in you and your group.

This universal framework allows anyone to build the leadership skills that express a unique purpose and aim, and apply these skills to all relationships, positions, and roles you play throughout four life-changing seasons:

The most important leadership role you'll ever have is that of human being. The growth cycle begins and ends at home, in fertile ground or rocky soil. Even if you don't become a parent or grandparent, you will still enter each of these life-changing seasons. The Leadership Garden seasons transcend all other jobs, positions, or titles you may hold in your lifetime.

Our Empowerment Process

We offer our signature 2-day Leadership Garden Legacy Empowerment Workshop in a relaxing home environment for grandparents or parents.

The outcomes are to:

• cultivate and enrich the soil of your personal Leadership Garden
• empower you to facilitate the growth of your family Leadership Garden
• help you enhance or re-write your existing family Leadership Garden Legacy

Teachers, coaches, and youth group advisors also play a key role in the development of a child's Leadership Garden. For this audience, we offer a 2-day Leadership Garden Empowerment Workshop.

The outcomes are to:

• cultivate and enrich the soil of your personal Leadership Garden
• empower you to facilitate the growth of Leadership Gardens in the youth you serve using the framework
• engage and support you in the creation of leader-friendly gardening Practice Projects within your school, team, or youth group environment

• Leader Balance Workshop - this two-hour workshop is ideal for businesses, organizations, coalitions, and other groups to help you blend, balance, and expand four key leader behaviors that will enrich your team interactions.
• Empowerment Workshops - the 2-day workshops are ideal for grandparents, parents, teachers, coaches, and youth group advisors who are ready to take an active role in creating fertile ground for youth to flourish.
• Cultivation Course - conducted in eight, two-hour sessions the course is ideal for schools, institutions, and businesses want grow or expand a thriving organization.
• Facilitator Training - enables you to conduct Empowerment Seminars or the Cultivation Course as a licensed or certified facilitator.
• Leadership Garden Retreat - a customized three-day retreat for your business, organization, or institution staff development personnel and leadership teams.
• Coaching - individual and group support for the expansion of your Leadership Garden.
• Speaking - the "Leadership Garden Legacy" keynote presentation is ideal for conferences, meetings, and events where planners want to introduce the gardening metaphor framework and inspire the audience's natural leadership.
